  2. We collect certain details like your name, address, and we use a third party payment processor to process your credit card details in order to provide you with our benefits and to transact your payment. We may also collect information on you during the course of your membership, like which Credit Solutions you buy (as you may qualify for free membership upgrades), when you access our call center, and any discussions or claim details you present as we attempt to help you resolve an identity fraud incident.
  3. Sharing Member Information with our Business Partners and Providers – In order to provide you with the benefits of our membership, products or services, we may need to share your membership information with our business partners who provide certain specialized services to us, or who cooperate with us on projects and/or providers (e.g. our insurance carrier in the event you need to make a cyber claim or claim for an identity fraud incident). These business partners and providers are responsible for their own compliance with data protection laws. You should refer to their privacy notices to ensure their privacy practices meet with your approval. In the event you purchase cyber solutions or Credit Solutions from Us and/or through our business partners or providers, your information may also be shared in order to properly administer your cyber or Credit Solutions. 7. Changes to our Privacy Policy – Our privacy policy may change at any time and we encourage you to review applicable changes. In the event of a material change, for example, if Privacy Systems, Inc. is bought or sold and the acquiring entity has a privacy policy materially different than our own, we will endeavor to send an e-mail to our Members as well as provide a notice of the change in our Members section and allow you the opportunity to inform the acquirer that you do not consent to the use or disclosure by the acquirer of your personal information in accordance with such new or revised privacy policy.
